Spring Songbird Workshops:

May-June (dates upon request)

Small group or private options are available

What's included with the 1-day event:

  • Workshops begin at dawn and last through the mid-morning (2 to 3 hours minimum) and I tailor locations to need.
  • After the shoot, I also offer editing advice on 2 pictures shot that day.
  • Pricing is $300-500 for a private morning shoot, based on time and location
  • Pricing is discounted per person for small groups (usually only 2 clients at a time)

This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to develop your bird photography skills in one of the most biodiverse regions of the Northeast. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey, you’ll not only enhance your technical abilities but also experience the joy of capturing the enchanting movements of warblers in their wild habitat.

I do this in quiet settings, away from groups.  My workshops are not "point and shoot" offerings.  I work one-on-one with clients on both birding behavior as well as photography techniques to improve their images.

In a typical year, I will photograph 30 species of warblers.
