Cost: $300 for one session

What's included with the session(s):

  • Workshops begin at dawn and last through the mid-morning (2 to 3 hours minimum) and I tailor locations to need. Two-session workshops usually consist of one afternoon followed by the next morning.
  • After the shoot, I also offer editing advice on 2 pictures shot that day.

Join acclaimed photographer Scott Keys for an exclusive bird photography workshop set in the beautiful native meadows in Eastern Pennsylvania. This workshop will focus on photographing bird species that inhabit these lush, natural landscapes. Surrounded by a variety of native plants, you’ll learn to capture stunning images of birds perched among wildflowers, and interacting with their environment. Scott will provide personalized guidance on composition, lighting, and bird behavior, helping you refine your skills while photographing these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat.

I do this in quiet settings, away from groups.  My workshops are not "point and shoot" offerings.  I work one-on-one with clients on both birding behavior as well as photography techniques to improve their images.
